Declaration of Interests. At this point Members are asked to declare any
personal or prejudicial interest they may have in the business on this agenda.

approve the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 9th
February 2010.

Members of the
public may speak on issues related to the business of the Council.
5. To receive and decide necessary action resulting from the monthly
report of the Clerk.
a.
To consider placing of restrictions on exercising dogs on Council owned
or operated properties in particular the Children’s’ playground.
b.
Clerk’s report on Orchard Field/The Village Hedge and to consider the
awarding of a contract for layering if agreed appropriate.
c.
To ratify the delegated decision of the Clerk to engage The British Trust
for Conservation Volunteers to undertake refurbishment work on the playground
wild life area including the provision of two eco-responsible picnic tables (one
with wheelchair access) at a total cost of £3,302.00 plus VAT.
6. To receive and decide necessary action resulting from verbal reports
from the Clerk or Councillors on the follow matters arising from the previous
meeting of the Council:
1.
Hedge Maintenance in the Village. Including: -
a.
To consider correspondence from a parishioner regarding cutting of Brecks
Lane.
b.
Work on Orchard View Hedge.
c.
To consider provision of replacement post and rail fence on Orchard View.
2.
Surface water in the cemetery.
3.
To decide upon level of insurance cover for new playground equipment.
4.
To set a date for meeting of the
Audit and Financial Control Review Panel.
