Skelton Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 13th July 2010 at
Skelton Village Hall at 7.00 p.m. to consider the
business set out below.

Apologies for absence.

Declaration of Interests. At this point Members are asked to declare any
personal or prejudicial interest they may have in the business on this agenda.

approve the minutes of the meeting held on 8th June 2010.

Members of the
public may speak on issues related to the business of the Council.
5. To receive and decide necessary action resulting from the monthly
report of the Clerk to include:-

To consider the report of the Internal Auditor May 2010.
6. To receive and decide necessary action resulting from verbal reports
from the Clerk or Councillors on the follow matters arising from the previous
meeting of the Council to include:-
1.
Report and recommendations of Playground Project Advisory Group meeting
of 29 June 2010 and 6th July.
2.
To consider the Safety Risk Assessment Report for the playground produced
by Zurich Insurance Ltd.
3.
To consider the purchase of a commemorative stone for the cemetery
extension.
4.
Condition of drainage Ditches on Brecks Lane.
5.
To finalise list of Ward Funding Applications for 2011/12.
